CSCS cards are increasingly demanded as proof of occupational competence by contractors, public and private clients and others. They cover hundreds of occupations so whatever you do in construction there will be a card that is suitable for you.

CSCS introduced new card designs in January 2010. Existing cards continue to be valid until their expiry date.

In order to obtain a CSCS card, you will need to pass a Health, Safety and Environment Touch Screen Test. HR Training & Development currently offer free Health, Safety and Environment Tests for every CPCS plant test and/or NVQ. After passing the test, you can then ask for an application form for the card at an additional cost of £30 paid to CSCS.
