NOCN have now released an official statement due to large card issuing backlog and ever-increasing frustration from customers. NOCN have attributed the backlog due to “a number of data/administrative/technical issues that have occurred due to the in flight transfer of such large and complicated card schemes.”
As a result of this backlog, HR Training are experiencing a delay in issuing cards to our customers. We are working with NOCN to minimise this delay as much as possible.
